If you're not completely satisfied during your first month of a paid MKOS subscription, email paul@mkos.ai and we'll refund that month in full—no questions asked.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page inside your MKOS account (Manage billing) or by emailing paul@mkos.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again. After the first month, payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
